First Met telecast..At one time we really hated her doing heavy roles.....but she has emerged as the LAST of the really special divas in the Muzio,Favero,Soviero,Zeani tradition. Phrasing,emotion, love of the line. Look Zinka and Renata had some BADDD top notes. Even in heavier roles, she did more than anyone does today.... BRAVA!!!!!
