When she uttered the words "Loris,ove sei" when I saw her...it was as if the entire theatre SHOOK!!! Not a "Tebaldi voice" but like Zeani,Muzio,Soviero,Favero, she was all heart and soul!!!!

All one must do is to listen to MY TAPE of the Olivero Met 4/3/75 debut...at 65. NO ONE like her. I used to call her on birthdays...and I consider her totally one of the greatest singers EVER!!!!!
