The happiest of birthdays to my beloved Marisa Galvany (June 19), one of the most exciting singers in my many years of opera-going. I present scenes from Ballo, Aida, Traviata, Attila, and Il Trovatore. (72 min.) The photo of the Nabucco scene is to remind you to go to Youtube, if you never have, and you will be amazed at the high E flat at the end of the Nabucco duet which she takes "out of the air."
